You can join using your PC, tablet or mobile phone, just follow the instructions. If you are new to Zoom, you might have to download the application, but no registration is required.

Proxy Vote: Should you not be able to attend the AGM we strongly encourage you to vote by Proxy to help us reach the required quorum. For your convenience, each member will soon get an email from DocuSign*, our e-proxy tool. This is the easiest way for you and for us to count your vote. For couples’ membership, please make sure that both members complete and return the DocuSign form separately. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it within the next few days. You can also find the proxy form here but DocuSign is really easy and convenient.
