Swiss Night @ The Races
Join the Swiss Association on Wednesday, 8 May 2024 at the Happy Valley Race Course. We are looking forward to inviting the Swiss Community & Friends to join us for a glamorous evening overlooking Parade Enclosure and the finishing line of the races. Make sure to wear your prettiest hat to stand on the balcony and cheer on the jockeys.
Programme:
6:00 – 6:30PM | Arrive at the race course
Please find us by the Members Entrance D, where we will distribute the guest badges. Head to the private box located on Parade Enclosure Suite 2 & 3, 1/F Members Stand III, Happy Valley Racecourse. You maybe want to arrive using public transportation, as the road towards the race course can get quite congested on race days.
6:30 – 7:00PM | Apéro
Upon arrival at our private suite, we will start the evening with wine and appetizer. Make sure to arrive on time to not miss out one bite.
7:00 – 11:00PM | Enjoying the races & Dinner
Cheer on the jockeys during the races from the private balcony accessible only from the Swiss Association’s suite. The suite has a staffed betting booth where you can place your bets.
Dinner
Enjoy a special Swiss Set Dinner curated by our compatriot the Race Course’s Executive Chef Western Chris Suter. The price includes a free flow of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The first course will be served after the first race at 7.30PM. The following courses will subsequently be served in between races.
Selection of dinne menu: You will be contacted to make your choice of Appetizer, Entrée, Main Course, and Dessert upon sign up.
