Exclusive Swiss Fondue Night
Please note that since we successfully filled up our Registration limit for the Swiss Fondue Night on Friday, 24 November 2023, we have organised a second evening for Saturday, 25 November 2023.
The Swiss Association of Hong Kong has brought together the talents of culinary masters and artisans in their respective trades to feature an Exclusive Swiss Fondue Night at the renowned Heimat Restaurant in Lan Kwai Fong owned by Chef Peter Find. The best quality ingredients flown in directly from Switzerland will be used to prepare an exquisite five course menu featuring Swiss delicacies prepared by Peter and his team including premier quality cheese from the artisanal cheese maker, Jumi and supplied by The Swiss Cheese Store (powered by The Cheese House x The Swiss Wine Store), authentic hand made breads using flour from Canton Valais freshly baked by artisanal baker, Gregoire Michaud from his bakery, The BakeHouse and first class artisanal Swiss wines and spirits proposed by Damien Fleury of The Swiss Wine Store. This is an evening not to miss taking you on a journey through the culinary art of Switzerland.
