Swiss Night @ The Races

Night @ the races is back! Join the Swiss Association on Wednesday 22^nd of March 2023 at the Happy Valley Race course. We are looking forward to inviting the Swiss Community & friends to join us for a glamorous evening overlooking Parade Enclosure and the finishing line of the races. Make sure to wear your prettiest hat to stand on the balcony and cheer on the jockeys. The ticket cost HKD1000 for members and HKD1100 for non-members and includes an access pass to all the races of the evening, as well as a Swiss set dinner with free flow of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages all night.

Programme:

6:00 – 6:30PM | Arrive at the race course
Please find us by the members main entrance E, where we will distribute the guest badges. Head to the private box located on Parade Enclosure Suite 2 & 3, 1/F Members Stand III, Happy Valley Racecourse. You maybe want to arrive using public transportation, as the road towards the race course can get quite congested on race days.

6:30 – 7PM | Apéro
Upon arrival at our private suite we will start the evening with white wine and oysters. Make sure to arrive on time to not miss out one bite.

7 – 11PM | Enjoying the races
Cheer on the jockeys during the races from the private balcony accessible only from the Swiss Association’s suite. The suite has a staffed betting booth where you can place your bets. 

7:30PM | Dinner
Enjoy a special Swiss set dinner curated by our compatriot the Race Course’s Executive Chef Western Chris Suter. The price includes a free flow of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. First course will be served after the first race at 7.30PM. The following courses will subsequently be served in between races.

Selection of main course: You will be contacted to make your choice out of three main courses upon sign up.
