Dim Sum Cookig Class

Always wanted to learn how to prepare and cook delicious Dim Sum? A Dim Sum Chef will show us at the state of the art V-Zug Show kitchen in Causeway Bay. The cooking class will be hands-on so you can practice under professional guidance! We’ll be cooking 4 different types of Dim Sum and enjoy them for lunch.

V-Zug Hong Kong Co. Ltd., 12/F, 8 Russell Street, Causeway Bay
Cost: HKD 600.- (member) / HKD 700.- (non-member).
Price includes hands-on cooking class, a glass of white wine, lunch, water, tea and coffee, and a printed recipe booklet.
