BBQ at Shek O Beach

Let’s catch the tail-end of the summer with a BBQ at the beach!!
Everyone is welcome and for newcomers to Hong Kong this ‘Meet & Greet’ event is a good opportunity to get to know members of the Swiss community in a very casual setting.
Date: Saturday 5th October 2019
Time: 12:00pm, the BBQ area is reserved till 17:00
Where: Shek O Beach at Liu’s BBQ (to the far left on the beach, look out for the Swiss flag)
What: We will rent a fireplace, so bring sausages and meat for yourself and some salad, veggies, bread or desert to share. Water and wine (limited) will be provided by the SAHK. At Liu’s you can buy soft drinks, beer and wine.
Fee: FREE for SAHK members, 200.00 for non-members - payment at the venue
Registration: By sending an e-mail to events@swiss-hk.com with how many people you will attend and what food contribution you bring to share until 2nd October.
Please check the SAHK events page in the morning of the event in case the BBQ has to be cancelled because of inclement weather.
