Raclette in the Park

Please join us for our traditional SAHK Raclette in the park!

Rescheduled due to the weather.

When: Saturday, 16 March 2019 @ 11:30 am
Where: BBQ Site opposite Parkview at Hong Kong Trail entrance
 (Same place as last year)
Costs:

HKD 240 / adults (member)
HKD 330 / adults (non-member)
HKD 100 / children 16 and under (non-member)

Member's children (16 and under) free, sponsored by the Swiss School Committee.

Price includes raclette & accompaniments (or sausage for the ones who do not like cheese), and water. The SAHK is also sponsoring two glasses of wine p/p for adults.

Registration:
 Until 13 March 2019 by clicking on "Register" on the left-hand side   OR   by sending an email to events@swiss-hk.com
Payment:

a) Via PayPal after registering online (click "Register" on the left-hand side)

b) bank transfer, details will be given on request

c) sending a crossed cheque, payable to "Swiss Association of Hong Kong" to the following address:

In case of inclement weather, an email will be sent to all participants in the morning.

*Cancellations must be notified before the registration deadline. No cancellations and refund after the deadline. No shows will be charged.
